In April 2023, PRIME project coordinator Carlos Sánchez Somolinos with his colleagues Mehrzad Javadzadeh and Jesús del Barrio (CSIC) had their work chosen as the cover of the journal Advanced Materials, Volume 35, Issue 14.
Their work combined two exciting topics, Melt electrowriting and liquid crystal elastomers, to prepare stimuli-responsive miniaturized structures with potential in biomedical and soft robotic applications.
