What is the status?
We successfully managed to adapt the sensing materials to the chip platform and were able to detect low concentrations of a model analyte.
Have you changed course at all?
The only significant change we made was to use a different model of heat-sensitive material that emulates the cholesteric, and adapt the cholesteric separately from the rest of the sensor, allowing us to work with the two elements in parallel.
What do you expect from the final stage of the project?
I expect to finally integrate the CLC to the biosensor to detect low concentrations of analyte.
